Good courses, good todo management app
The courses (short Instagram story type lessons on psychology and adhd stuff) are really fantastic. The todo management part is great too. Love this app

I don’t even know what the app does because I give up after the 10th screen that asks me to type something in. It wants me to pick 5 animals for my personality? Why??? 😫 Sigh. I’ll try again. But please make it shorter.
For those who doesn’t have physical people around to relate or need more. Highly helpful. Loads of tools and relatable kind and caring people. It’s the community I’m grateful to have found. Thank you, Numo! 🕊️ Blessings 🙏🏻
This app gets me! Feels like someone who actually has ADHD designed it. Encouraging and insightful, helps me with my shame. I have hope that I can grow!!
this app is really satisfying and encouraging for finishing tasks and keeping the adhd’ers engaged with their active life
I adore NUMO. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in helping their neurospiciness.
You cannot join groups or read any of the information to better help yourself in the app. The only thing you can do is add tasks and set up a reward system, kind of. I’d also like to say that the font is just way too big. It’s a nice idea, but the subscription just cost too much and you can’t do anything without the subscription, and the font being really large just bothers me.
I cancel before the deadline, and they keep trying to charge my card every other day for 15.99. I’m glad my bank keeps denying it. It’s giving scam
I just got diagnosed and this has helped me with so many things. From getting into habits, to giving me advice, this gave me it all. My whole family has used this and it’s helped a lot. The people who use this are very friendly and kind. The memes, advice, and polls always lighten my day.
Way too expensive.
