Metric measurements please!

MrLarsen on

Great recipes.. But converting to metrics manually is a pain! Please make this as a setting in the app.

Fantastic work done on

Many thanks for your excellent work. I love to follow you. What I like most is when you describe the etnicity of dishes. NY is a meltpot of cultures from all over the world. I am a swede, Stockholm is my birthplace, and we use metric , so sometimes have difficulties to convert but I get used to it. Once again, thanks Kind regards, Rune Soderberg

Like a foodie-friend who is not too pretentious.

Expand to European metrics

socialli on

They are listing ingredients in American units. But there should be European metrics for the rest of us as well.

I haven’t bought a cookbook in years.

Life changer, I love this app, use it in principle every day for cooking

The only cooking app you’ll ever need

Boy Waffle on

Congratulations. You found the only cooki t app you’ll ever need. And you’ve found yourself looking at reviews of the NYTCooking app but wonder, is the subscription worth it? In short, yes. I could convince you, but just start with any Melissa Clark, Mark Bittman, Alison Roman, Sam Sifton recipe and you’ll be on your way. What do you have to lose except an endless library of every recipe you could ever need or ask for?

Nice to bookmark, TERRIBLE search function

EnLarsson on

I’m happy to be able to keep tabs on the recipes I want to try but the search function is one of the worst I’ve encountered, making it impossible to do any recipe searches within the app.

Few vegan options

AgnesKristina on

Few vegan options, and quite uninspiring with few pictures if you are trying to eat more vegan for the planet!
