Stop running in the background and hogging my battery. No, turning off background refresh in the settings doesn't help. I would understand if push notifications work but it never did. You have to open the app every single time I need to approve a login.

Okta app is crashing!! I have reinstalled several times already.
It’s incredibly annoying that I have to open up the app to confirm my logon request, the old functionality of pressing yes from the notification was so much simpler. that one change turned this app from a 5 star app to a 1 star. unacceptable.
I’m just going to start by saying that if this app gives a company complete control over my personal devices and I have been dealing with a complete nightmare for a while and I’m just trying to make it make sense as to why this is even a thing
Terrible, buggy awful system that makes it impossible to verify my work app. Will request from IT that we use another verification method instead.
my SCHOOL account was wiped off the app for no foreseeable reason. now i cant log in
