It was really comfortable to use on watch, why it was removed?

For some reason I stopped receiving push notification, so now I need to go to the app and enter the code manually. I didn’t switch off the notifs, on the phone all notifs are allowed for Okta app.

You cannot use application in case your Face ID is not setted. So even if you are using you phone with pin you cannot auth any application via this app because it every time ask you to set Face ID.

Hello, please add Touch ID support

I like feature when you can tap “Yes, it’s me” on main screen context menu without entering the app.

It is not possible to disable background app refresh (in fact it is responding to push notifications even if the app is closed). Drains the phone battery

It’s incredibly annoying that I have to open up the app to confirm my logon request, the old functionality of pressing yes from the notification was so much simpler. that one change turned this app from a 5 star app to a 1 star. unacceptable.

I’m just going to start by saying that if this app gives a company complete control over my personal devices and I have been dealing with a complete nightmare for a while and I’m just trying to make it make sense as to why this is even a thing

Terrible, buggy awful system that makes it impossible to verify my work app. Will request from IT that we use another verification method instead.

my SCHOOL account was wiped off the app for no foreseeable reason. now i cant log in
