Okta Verify

Usability is awful. You need a masters degree in computer hacking just to get signed in. Stuck in an endless loop trying to add an account on mobile while it’s trying to send push notifications to an account that hasn’t been set up. Who creates this crap? Cmon. Do better!

App does what it needs to, my only gripe is that the Face ID button is too close to the info/account details section. So if you’re like me and multitasking I often hit the account detail info which is annoying. So if you could move Face ID button to a section where nothing else can be selected by accident that would be great

The app updated on my phone, but now it just closes automatically when I try open it

This app should be cancelled totally. If you leave your phone behind/if your phone is stolen/if your battery is dead/if you change phones, you can’t access moodle. Therefore you cannot get work done.

By far the absolute worst verification app to ever be developed!

No way of swapping what device is verified if you delete the first app.

It’s incredibly annoying that I have to open up the app to confirm my logon request, the old functionality of pressing yes from the notification was so much simpler. that one change turned this app from a 5 star app to a 1 star. unacceptable.

I’m just going to start by saying that if this app gives a company complete control over my personal devices and I have been dealing with a complete nightmare for a while and I’m just trying to make it make sense as to why this is even a thing

Terrible, buggy awful system that makes it impossible to verify my work app. Will request from IT that we use another verification method instead.
