Omo: Healthy Weight Loss App

The app is quite good. But that means nothing she it comes to the fact that they over charge you. I opted for the 12 week program and added personalized meal plan. It was supposed to be 79.2 EUR in total. This is also what the omo receipt shows. However. I was first charged 48 EUR on my card, then an ADDITIONAL 79.2 EUR. Also. I regretted the personalized plan and wanted a refund for that. I have the EU regulated right to 14 days of withdrawal. Almost Impossible to reach their customer service. And zero responses. They have still charged too much, no responses from customer service.

Like many others, I was deceived, and over 70 euros were deducted from my card. I accepted it even though it hurt my pocket as I am a single mother. I have tried to cancel the subscription through their website, but it's not working. I have been trying for over 2 months from various avenues. I have also emailed their support and have not received a response. I want to cancel the subscription NOW, or else I will take it further and report it."

I signed up for a trial but was tricked into an expensive 3 month trial. English is not my first language, accepted the first payment for the lower price, the next page had a new option were I pressed the logical button to the track I was on. Turns out that was a three month subscription for MUCH MUCH more! As soon as the receipt hit my inbox I contacted them letting them know the mistake and they refuse the refund and let me go back to the trial. Therefore I am not interested in trying the app seeing as the people behind are not decent.

I bought the three euro ”trial week”. I then went into app store and saw these reviews so I cancelled the membership straight away. I then got billed 70euros for a three month membership?????? The payment doesnt even show up on my apple id. DO NOT BUY THIS APP, ITS A SCAM!

The USP was getting a PERZONALIZED plan for me. After taking the time to answer all the questions, stating the apps I’ve already tried and what does not work for me it was dissapointing to see this was just like any other app - “articles”, calorie counting, and water input. Aka you can do this in (Lifesum, VV, betterme, foodvisor etc). But it does bother me that I do the quiz to get something that would work for Me and then I’m recommended fasting?!? That was my biggest clue, the “algorithm” is not taking in anything from the quiz questions and is rather just a tactic to commit time to the quiz and make you feel like the app will help you with all the problems, goals and aspirations you have.

They lure you in with a cheap 7-day subscription but it’s incredibly hard to find where to cancel it. It doesn’t show up in your subscriptions on your phone. You can’t even cancel through the app but you have to cancel on the website. They do everything to make it as hard as possible to cancel. I’ve been forced to pay for a 3 month plan. Don’t download this app, it’s a scam

We can all that have been scammed go together and police 👮‍♀️ report them 😠 They have taken money 💰over 70 Euro though I cancelled 4 months ago. If they dont make a refund 💶 I Will make a police report and I Will put my info here later so you guys can contact me that also been Scammed 🤡👺 and we go together to make them krasch✋ Together we are stronger and we need to stop these psychos 😈 and Not let Evil win 👺🧛👹👊 👎✋✋

I want to cancel my subscription as today is my 7 day . I been trying to do so all week. I also gone in to my subscription in my phone and Omo does not appear so I can’t cancel it.So if tomorrow I get a charge I will loose it. Why make it so difficult to stop a subscription. This is so not ok. I’m a single mom and if you take money your taking away money from my child. Not ok.

I forgit to say I have just been dusgnised wuth arthritis in left knee. Now it hurts. I have recently become diabetic. My r foot had an operation last year and took a yesr to rehabilitate. It is still a bit numb and strange nerv sensations. but I wslk and dance.

You need to close the account to god and the devil to get rid of Omo. Don't think you can quit just through the app they recommend, but it needs to be done in more places. because they keep pulling money and forget that you can get help. However, you can get a free subscription for a year if you complain, but you can't cancel.
