## ONECTA Description
ONECTA

Always in control, no matter where you are.

Supported Daikin units:
- All connected Altherma Heat Pump and Altherma Gas Boiler units.
- All connected air conditioning units

The ONECTA application can, from any place at any time, control and monitor the status of your heating system and allows you to (*):

Monitor:
- The status of your system:
    > Room temperature
    > Requested room temperature
    > Operation mode
    > Fan speed
    > Requested domestic hot water tank temperature
    > …
- Energy consumption graphs (day, week, month)

Control:
- Operation mode
- Change the requested room temperature
- Change the requested domestic hot water temperature
- Powerful mode (fast heating domestic hot water)

Schedule:
- Schedule the room temperature and operation modes
- Schedule the heating of the domestic hot water tank
- AC Demand control to reduce power consumption during certain moments of the day.
- Enable holiday mode

Voice control:
- Voice control through Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
- To use these features, you need a smart speaker compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. 
- You can also use the Amazon voice or Google Assistant apps and use these features on your mobile.
- Supported commands: On/Off, Set/Get room temperature, Increase/Decrease temperature, Set operation mode, …
- Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish & Italian.
- Extra languages (Google only): Danish, Dutch, Norwegian & Swedish

De datum van de verbruiksgegevens staat 1 week verder dan vandaag. Vroeger had je een duidelijke lijst met de dagwaarden, nu moet je dag per dag aanduiden om de exacte waarde te lezen. Zeker geen vooruitgang!

Opzich werkt de app wel maar hoeveel moeten wij per maand opnieuw inloggen en opnieuw de modules gaan toevoegen?? Laatste 3 maand, 3 keer moeten doen. Waarom onthoud de app mijn modules niet??

Weekprogramma instellen om de airco in te schakelen werkt, maar er gebeurt niets wanneer het toestel zou moeten uitschakelen op een bepaald tijdstip. De airco blijft ingeschakeld en kan enkel manueel worden uitgeschakeld. Een grote teleurstelling bij een nieuw geplaatst toestel.

L’idée des planification est top, faudrait-il encore que cela fonctionne. 
Si je sélectionne le programme 3 ce n’est pas pour que l’application décide à son bon vouloir de switcher sur le programme 2 avec une plage horaire totalement différente.

When it works it’s ok, but incredibly frustrating that every now and again it automatically logs you out and then fails to allow you to login again, complaining that the email or password (stored in a password manager) is not correct (also not when typing both in manually). It allows you to Forget Password with the same email address, a link in the email brings you to a ‘enter new password’ page and completes with a ‘successfully changed the password’, but login on still doesn’t work (still complains the email or password is not right). At the moment I can no longer log in (also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail…), very frustrating…
