It is not possible to control the Altherma’s temperature offset for the additional zone with the app. The control is only available for the main zone.

Kamala asiakaspalvelu (Suomi)ongelmatilanteissa, asiakasta pompottava ja ylimielinen. jos ylipäätään saat mitään yhteyttä Daikiniin. Tämä appi lakkasi toimimasta modeemin vaihdon jälkeen ja lukkiutuu täysin . Uusi asennus ei auttanut, uusi tili ei mikään. Ohjeita Wifi-moduulin resetointiin ei ole eikä virheettömiä ohjeita tehdasasetusten palsuttzmiseen netissä. Ehkä asennusgitma maksua vastaan auttaa? En ikinä osta toista Daikin lämpöpumppua!

The app was being used by my wife iPhone and when I installed in my iPhone, it got removed from her phone. Very stupid

Basic functionalities to operate the heat pump work well. Following remarks are just to improve the Daikin app. What I am missing is historical data. Now the app only displays the data from the current and previous week. It would be interesting to see the whole history or at least 2-3 years back, with energy consumption, indoor and outdoor temperature and maybe even if the pump was in energy saving modus. Exporting the data e.g. as csv would be an additional plus! Installing and connecting the app with our heat pump was complicated, I hoped there would have been a more thorough information about possible reasons for connection problems. In my case the problem was, that the app first opens a connection to the heat pump. The connection gets then closed during the process. Later the heat pump tries to open a connection to the app. Mobile security with a VPN on your phone rejects the connection request from the heat pump towards the app/phone. Disabeling the mobile protection during the installation solves this problem. The error announcement didn’t really help to understand where the problem lies.

iPhone 15 pro, sovellus asennettu ja pyytää sisäänkirjautumista daikinin sivuilla. Kirjautumistietojen antamisen jälkeen palaa sovellukseen, mutta pylpyrä pyörii vaikka koko päivän eikä anna aloittaa käyttöä. ”Tutustu esittelyyn” toimii. Ei onnistu käyttö sovellukseen kautta.

Olen antanut jo yli vuosi sitten palautetta ja mitään ei ole tapahtunut! Appi ei ilmoita/hälytä yksikön häiriötiloista. Tämä olisi erityisen tärkeää mökkikäytössä

Aikaisemmassa versiossa näkyi ulkolämpötila. Nyt ei näy. En pidä, että ominaisuuksia katoaa noin vain yhtäkkiä ilmoittamatta. Väärä asenne kehittäjällä.
