Pain to use makes everything harder than it has to be
I usually don’t leave reviews on stuff, but this is just truly infuriated me as I’m trying to register for classes, but I just can’t do that because I recently got a new Apple ID and one login won’t let me login so now I might be kicked out of my classes
this app is a joke.
how am i supposed to log back in with a new phone? or if I deleted the app? there’s no more restore button?? use your common sense.
Onelogin is garbage
Always asks me to authenticate 1 minute after I just authenticated, so frustrating
Worst app
I wish I never downloaded this app. I got a new phone and no ther device is logged on to my account and it doesn’t let me login anymore. It says push notification was sent to approved device, but that phone is dead and gone and it doesn’t allow me to change it. Extremely frustrating since my job requires me to be able to login
Easy to use
Guys come on all you gotta do is scan a QR code and that’s it. How hard can it be to just click yes or no IN THE APP THEY ARE THE 2 BIGGEST BUTTONS
Terrible if you get a new phone
Unlike duomobile, there is no easy way to recover and set up old accounts if you get a new phone. Avoid this app if you can.
Garbage!
Worst app in the world!
Needs to bring back backup and restore
When transferring to a new phone, you are automatically locked out of your account, which makes it extremely hectic for accessibility reasons, such as viewing your college emails, information, etc. The whole point of two factor authentication is to make sure your account is protected and secure from any potential misdemeanors, but I cannot even receive any codes due to the lock out. Please make a log in available, as it’s way more efficient and convenient to access your own personal information.
for my college
it’s not sending me any notifications, so i can’t access my canvas as of right now…
Constantly running in the background
Runs in the background even with background app refresh turned off and drains battery.
