So I pay a tonne for this device so that it works with FitBit. Then it arrives and I try sync it up and the app says. Wrong measurements use a different meter. Nowhere did I see a warning about this and now I am annoyed.

I value the comprehensive information which is displayed on the app display. Various elements are recorded and displayed in a clearly understood way; blood sugar test results, activity levels and other health indicators. There is only one aspect which is missing and an obvious and a limiting factor to the effectiveness of the app - there is no reference to ‘weight’. As a diabetic, recording weight management as part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial. It is a great pity the app pays this no attention. I urge the program developer to address this issue in a version update which will give a top rating to the app

Finding this app very good for my blood sugar control after having a second heart attack to keep in touch with my diabetes nurse.

Really easy monitor to use. Easy to set up and put in your target ranges Connects to your phone so you know your readings on the go , gives alerts when your readings are too high or low I am really pleased with this monitor M Chappell

Password failed

It works very well on my iPhone 5 but not on my iPad why not I wonder I phoned one touch and a very helpful lady talked me through the device pairing procedure. All working well now and so easy to have results of blood tests displayed on my iPad. Many thanks

I’ve been using this app for around a year now and love it. Only gripe I have is that I can’t delete the low and high pattern notifications and that my local gp and nhs diabetic nurse doesn’t use this so I can’t sync with their systems. Other than that it’s great.

I recently changed my meter and I loved this app and all the data it displays. Even though, i have been having a recurring problem signing in (happens almost once a week). I sign in with Touch ID and it will eventually ask me for credentials (again) and then a message pops up saying they are invalid; when I click the “Forgot my Password” button, it sends me an email saying there’s no account linked to that mail. The only thing I can do to make it work is uninstall and reinstall..... having to set up all my configuration settings every time
