Great product, but a little glitchy

This product is really great, and mostly the app is too, but I’ve been finding that it’s a little glitchy and slow sometimes. Still love it though, and I like all the reports and analysis it does for your blood sugar readings

No longer works properly

Everything was great until recently. The app no longer updates each time I take a blood test. I’ve continuously re-synchronized the app and the One Touch Verio Reflect and each time it will sync. Then the next time I use it, it won’t sync. Very frustrating.

I like the blood sugar monitor however it would be great if it was smaller. Also, when you change phones it would be great if the app take you through the steps and automatically update.

It is helpful and very useful.

Good

It is a good app but it would be nice if you could look back further than a month. You also can’t enter the amount of insulin you took for food or a correction dose.

Required updates.

You should never be prevented from looking at diabetes data. The app will require you to update to access your diabetes information and log carbs even if you don't have a network connection. Updates should always be optional on important health management apps like this. I'll have to go back to spreadsheets. Excel and Numbers have never required me to update just to open the app. Really disappointed.

Perfect way to Control my Blood Glucose

I love this OneTouch glucose machine! So much easier and simple! I am so thankful that my medical doc ordered this for me! Easy breezy! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The latest update

The latest update appears to have interfered with the meter synchronization. I have tried different ways to manually sync and the only success has been to delete my meter and then pair it again. Please fix this quickly.

Great way to keep healthy, easy to use and quick Takes away any excuses for not keeping track of my healthy!

Unhappy - at best

New to Diabetes. Dr prescribes. Walgreens provides. After several trips to collect the parts to get the One Touch online, we’re up and running. Now, less than a month into this, the app wants me upgrade my iPhone and has stopped working Ver 5.12, if you care. Nothing to to say, so will sign off.
