i cant access my ooler unless i sign in with username and pssword in app - why would u do that? just let me use what i bought without another stupid account i have to remember! worst ui decision ever

Went to full heat in the middle of the night. Can’t figure or why.

Can start off warming the bed for 30 minutes, then bring it down in temperature and turn itself off after a few hours! Much better sleep these days, thanks too updated chili-pad!

Just spent 1200.00 on the newest chilli technology! I already owned the old system that worked perfectly fine with a remote! Now I get the new one and this app won’t work at all.

Every time I either create or edit a schedule and then save it, the next time it actually runs, or when I go back to edit it, the temperature of all steps are changed to “Hi”. Setting a cooling device to Hi in the hot days of summer isn’t really what I wanted. It also changes my setting from °C to °F. I could live with working in °F but don’t want it setting itself to boiling in summer. PLEASE correct the multiple bugs in this app!

Any edits change temperatures to HI!

After paying thousands of dollars for this product, I figured the app would have been at least average. It is not, the scheduling feature is so buggy that it’s nearly useless, and features I was expected are missing. Some guidance on the temperature profile would be nice, or at least a systematic way to determine or develop it. Looking forward to an update, without it I may be exercising my “90 day money back guarantee”.

Whenever I travel to exotic locales, I cringe when I remember my Ooler can’t come with me.

I have had my chili pad for three maybe four years now and loved it. All of a sudden I cannot get my app to connect and it’s not running on the schedule I had set up. How do I get the app to reconnect?

The app needs a “super secure” password for some reason. It’s silly that my mattress pad needs a more secure password than my bank. The app doesn’t connect as well as it could so I wish there was a separate remote that worked 100% of the time.
