Balance transfer does not work

The app is great bit it doesn’t remember any of my settings nor my saved routes. Once I quit/kill it, it gets wiped out.

I was just wondering why not in wallet, I wanted to give my brother gift cards one is opal card but the amount of opal card is keep showing on the screen . Opal card is best as a gift to support him during travel but now I feel insecure just because it shows amount on the screen I hope there could be a solution for this

The top up function should not require a tap-on to activate.

Everything about this app is slow. Development, Operation & Response to reviews. When you are using public transport you need super fast delivery of the latest operating conditions. This app doesn’t respond quick enough. Review response just deflect you to fill out an online tfnsw form.
