Got the 12GB all inclusive plan for Europe, instructions were easy to follow. I installed everything before I left and when I landed in Paris turned on my esim. Worked great the entire time I was there. I also travelled to Malta and no issues to report. Don’t be discouraged by negative reviews, coverage was good.
Not being able to call someone to get help doesn’t usually bother me but the customer “service” via email is an utter joke at this company. I never thought I’d say this but these guys make Canadian telecom customer service seem first class…
3 stars because the eSIM is working as expected, but I’m unable to monitor my usage in the App as I should. I get a pop-up error message when I try. I feared losing my eSIM usage by doing the reset as described by support, so I didn’t do it. I’m still waiting to have this problem corrected.
The eSIM activation process was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival in Spain, I eagerly attempted to set it up, only to find that the activation process failed miserably. Frustrated, I decided to delete the eSIM in hopes of starting over, but to my dismay, there’s no apparent way to reset and start over. What a waste of time and money!
Dont waste your money with this provider… I could not get the eSIM activated as they require you to scan a QR code. So if you are using a phone, and do t have access to a 2nd device, this service will not be a good option for you.
After emailing with the support team and troubleshooting for the first couple days of vacation, the service has been decent. Have to occasionally toggle airplane mode to regain data connection and connections is usually 3G speed. Not sure if I would go this route next time, but to be fair, I did save some money over roaming with my home network and the customer support over email was surprisingly effective. My only warning would be to carefully follow directions on setting this up, and be prepared for it to not work on the first day you arrive (download an offline map of the area you are traveling to before you leave) and have some time/patience set aside for troubleshooting.
I spent 2x25 euro on this app and nothing work! I needed to go to an orange store instead as they said that I had not amount linked to my Esim while they charged me 25 euro. I will claim as Fraud to mastercard.
Do not waste your money with this company at least in the UK. I got service for short periods of time and then nothing and then it would work every few days for short periods of time. Customer service consisted of telling me how to install the eSIM which had actually been no problem. After I returned to Canada and asked for a refund, they declined because it had worked once and that fulfilled their ‘terms and conditions’ Buyer beware!
I went to Europe for 2 weeks and bought this thinking I wouldn’t have to pay 20$ roaming fee a day but when I got back from my trip I ended up paying for my personal roaming bill and had to pay for the e-sim. If u love to lose money than you should get this app but otherwise stay away from it.
Bought 60gb data plan to Spain, it charged my credit card then wouldn’t let me verify my ID to activate the esim, now I don’t even see the card in my profile. They used to be so good before but now never buying this again
