The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

This app is presented as a great feature by Oticon at the point of sale. And to some extent it is. However I expected much more sophistication from such a large company and an expensive product. As an example, Oticon may want to take a close look at companies such as Apple for examples of how apps can function reliably with Bluetooth technology.
Constantly disconnects
Cannot go ond hour without one or both hearing aids disconnecting. Deleted your app
Disconnect randomly
The app will not stay connected to the hearing aid for long. Either one or both hearing aids disconnect from the app. I have to shut the iPhone down and restart again. Very frustrating. Fix the app please.
Bluetooth Disconnects
Have had Oticon Own 2 hearing aids for a couple of weeks. I am very disappointed with the Bluetooth connectivity. While streaming music I have to hold the phone in front of me.
If I have in my hand by mi side or in my pocket one or the other hearing aid disconnects.
This is extremely annoying.
You would think with today’s technology this wouldn’t be an issue.
Fix this please!!!
Hearing aids Not connecting properly with my phone and iPad
I’ll have “stream to left and right hearing devices selected and it will randomly connect or disconnect from my devices… I’ve never had this problem until about a month ago…it happens more frequently when there’s no Wifi connection.
Won’t pair
Just had one of my hearing aids replaced. Now the new hearing aid isn’t recognizing by the app. How do I change the serial number from old to new so the app will work?
App doesn’t run - can’t leave demo screen
Followed directions. Paired it with the phone. And then the app stalls out.
Won’t work with my new phone
I bought an iPhone14 pro max and now my ponto wont connect to the app
Won’t stay connected.
Since upgrading to iPhone 14, the hearing aids will initially connect during a phone call, then drop on and off repeatedly forcing me to manual deselect Bluetooth and restarting my cell phone. Never had this issue before but I’m at the point now of delegating the app.
No Longer Stays Connected
Oticon needs to update their app to reflect whatever changes Apple has made to Bluetooth. It’s clear they don’t keep up.
