The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.
We recommend using the latest version of iOS.

Battery Problem
Ever since I got my hearing aids the batteries don’t last a day. Very disappointed as they cost me a fortune
Love it!
I love my new hearing aids and the access i have to set it within the app. I also love that i can stream from my iPhone and will soon add it to my iWatch. Just waiting for the green light to update my ios to 16!
Great support and it works
My first aids and experience with associated app. It works for me.
Apple Watch
It would be great if you could use Apple Watch mic instead of iPhone mic like with the iPods. Also is there any way to up the volume while on a phone call using OPN 2?? Struggling even with phone at max even if hearing aids at normal settings. Upping hearing aid volume only increases background noise and not phone call. Thanks
New Oticon App doesn’t work
Please can we have the old Oticon on app back. I have two year old top of the range Oticon hearing aids and are having connectivity problems to my iPhone X, and I usually battle to get out of the demo mode, which really , to me, serves no purpose. The trouble shooting instructions which I’ve tried a few times don’t sort the connectivity problems out.
Thanks
Bruce Field
Disaster
The latest update is a disaster. It is not compatible for Iphone xs. It cannot pair both devices only one. Cannot switch programme modes. Volume button takes 30 secs to respond, if at all. Get your act together guys.
TV streamer
I want the old app back! I keep hearing clicking noises in the right aid whilst watching via the TV stream box. The slider is the best part of the new app. I hate the environment part when you are on the TV stream. When you are on the TV and as soon as you change the app (say you want to check a post on Facebook) the connection drops as soon as you open another app.
