The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

I cannot thank this team enough! They are absolutely amazing. They respond me immediately when I need help and they really got me out of a sticky situation when I changed phones. I couldn’t connect to my new phone and they sent me a lovely email stating all the steps , which made it so stress free. I am so happy with the service that for you provide. I consider myself very lucky to have these hearing aids which have changed my life!! I would😊recommend you all very highly!!! Thank you so much for helping me!!!

Useful app
A very useful app for controlling my hearing aids. Could be more useful if you could change the volume on the watch app along with the program. Just worked out how to do it now.

Excellent Oticon hearing aids and App. The App does everything I want it to do and gives me complete control - volume control, separate programme for TV, streaming from my mobile, finding my hearing aids etc.
I had a problem recently with streaming my mobile phone directly to my hearing aids (probably due to an IOS upgrade) but the very helpful Apps Support Team quickly sorted out the problem for me and restored the streaming service. Fully deserves 5 Star rating.
Failing to connect
Have used this app for under a year and whilst it’s been generally slow in connecting it’s been okay. Now it’s failing altogether to connect, regardless of changing the batteries and trying to reinstall the app but nothing is working . Absolutely useless. It’s not an entertainment or gaming app, it’s vital for the daily life and the struggle is real! You need to fix it otherwise it’s not worth the space it occupies

When having bought a new iPhone I couldn’t understand the blurb about how to connect phone to hearing aids, Kristian at Oticon replied to my questions extremely swiftly and very helpfully with excellent step-by-step instructions which even I could understand. Now fully restored! Great service, nicely rendered.
Suggestions
Very handy app. However can I make a suggestion? Could there be a battery power bar on my phones Home Screen to show how much battery is left in my BAHA? And perhaps a low battery alert banner like to one that comes up on our phones? This way I will be more prepared to change my battery before it dies on me completely.

I have worn hearing aids and use their apps for over 15 years, finding them helpful and supportive until now . . . .
One or both hearing aids arbitrarily disconnect.
Despite switching both the phone and aids off/on and removing/reinstalling the app, it/they remain disconnected
At this time the aids remain paired in settings and the program menu, flashes grey and freezes
Furthermore, in the TV Adaptation Proggramme the 0 setting will not stay if adjusted by the provider to -5, which stops the echoing, but reverts to default
And there are 3/4 seconds delay moving between this TV and P1 programmes, so making conversation and consistent TV listening very difficult
So many non user-friendly glitches.

I found this app is excellent pairing with my phone and doorbell makes life much easier for me being able to hear the doorbell ring directly into my BAHA

Dreadful
There are so many connectivity issues with this app. Streaming from iPhone only goes to one hearing aid. Automatic routing fails constantly. Not routing sound when using the phone. How many times am I supposed to reconfigure it all when it fails?
I got an invite to TestFlight the latest app version but the response from customer support to set it up was non existent.
Dont move from demo mode
Oticon app got stuck at demo mode. Cannot open remote control or any other function.
