I have had nothing but trouble with this app for 18 months. It won’t load, won’t connect to my hearing aids and there are no troubleshooting options. Due to this I won’t ever purchase oticon hearing aids again - I desperately need the app to function properly for work situations and this issue doesn’t seem to happen with other name brands according to my fellow deaf friends and family.
After I updated my phone to iOS 17.3, it won't let me open this app. Please fix the bug ASAP!!
The app never works and that’s how you control the volume on the hearing aids. Someone needs to fix this issue because it’s a MAJOR PROBLEM when they don’t connect!! My mother is 86yrs old and this is very frustrating to her and the family. Extremely POOR QUALITY for this reason.
Oticon’s Support FAQ page says they’ve discontinued this app. They want everyone to use their Companion app and if that doesn’t work it’s your phone’s fault. Lovely.
When I try to start the app I see initial app screen then it goes back to home screen.
App won’t open since new Apple update. Please make updates to the app.
This app is horrible !! I have to delete it and install it several times a day !! It will lose my hearing aids several times even when my phone is in my pocket!! They should go back to the old app !! I hate this app !!!! Dale
Completely unacceptable for a hearing aid controller app to request your device stay out of date and insecure until they release an update with no ETA.
Since moving to this Companion app for Oticon hearing aids I have had persistent problems connecting to TV audio. Almost every night I need to remove the app, add it to my iPhone and then restart to get the audio working. In January I will be ordering new hearing aids. You can be sure they will not be Oticon.
