To get started

If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation

If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

So annoying

I can’t even be able to change my password to my mobile app 😩😢

I can’t log in on my new device

Don’t know why I can’t log in my account on my new device, if it get to where I am to input the secret code then I won’t be able to type in and it’s really affecting my job… please help me

Can’t register on app

I just downloaded the app and I can’t see any of the registration options? Clicking on “other ways to sign up” throws an error. How am I meant to register on the app? What’s the point if I can’t even access it?

The most useless App

This is the most useless bank app I have ever seen, always coming up with error when trying to make a transaction and it glitches and return back to the Home Screen, very annoying and frustrating app

App freezes in use

Kindly assist with this issue. Whilst using the UBA app - it freezes and times out when attempting a transfer. The freezing (or do I call it “sudden stoppage) happens when selecting a saved beneficiary to make the transfer to. This has been ongoing at intervals for about 2-3 months. Regards, Biyi OGUNSIJI

What’s the excess of the app when you can’t use it for transactions or anything? Is it just there to consume our data? Is UBA going down?
