I paid for a colour matching card, and the feature to use it in the app has been broken since just after I got it. Useless and clearly no ongoing support considering last update was for iPhone 12 support
Rubbish app … useless
As the title says, says free to use features, then makes you make an account, then demands a subscription. Completely misleading and waste of time
I didn’t even get to try the app. it keeps returning an error when signing up with apple id
Iphone14pro max device not supported. Pantone sort this out. What a terrible app all the money they are now squeezing from small people just to line their pockets. And can’t be bothered to update software.
The app notes boasts of all the features that are available for free. The app makes you create an account with Pantone to use it, which is a little annoying but fair enough. Except when you get into the app, all but the most basic features are locked behind extortionately priced premium accounts. Almost all of the allegedly free features can’t be uses without a subscription.
Almost every function of this app requires a subscription. If you are not prepared to pay the £60p.a. it’s not worth downloading.
Please give the option to remove the free 30 day trial, it throws the interface off and make some button inaccessible
I’ve used Connect for a long time and have resubscribed to this newer version. There are issues with freezing, not being able to view certainly layouts full screen. Basically it doesn’t feel as good to use as the previous version, although I can see why some decisions had been made, ultimately it feels a bit unfinished.
I cannot judge the app, because I can’t log in to the free usage, nor use the website to pay for premium. The links always refuse to either load or accept payment. No response from Pantone support. I depend on being able to cross reference colour specifications in my work, so this is more than just irritating. Update: Thanks for the response, but I tried reaching out over a week ago and still no reply, nor is the payment issue fixed on the website.
