Is it early beta?

It's great for drawing but premium features are just horrible. Especially sync, thats just ridiculous. It keeps removing pages and downloading them again, even when you did no changes at all. Some drawings got missing. I have no idea what I will have on my ipad every time I lunch that app and when I'm offline it's just a trap, not a feature. Not worth that much.

Terrible

I’ve never updated the app because I loved the first layout and simplicity. I just updated my latest iOS software, went to open the app and it wouldn’t let me. I had to update the app for it work with the latest software and it has deleted all of my passwords/lists and everything I needed. If there’s a way to get it back without having to PAY for your pro service, please let me know. It’s absolutely ridiculous I have to pay €10 to sync my lists over to this terrible edition of the app.

Learning by trial and error. I wish there was some way of learning easily while actually drawing...a bit of tutorial on the side so to speak

Smart shapes don’t work consistently

Got this to help with diagraming for work. Had a previous version years ago and loved it. Unfortunately in 2020 this was a really disappointing experience. I just spent the last half hour trying to draw squares that would convert to so called smart shapes. Only seems to work about 30% of the time. Very frustrating and totally not worth the money for diagraming. The whole point of the purchase was to make diagrams that stand out and are more attractive than the basic whiteboard. Total failure on that front.

Good for free, don’t get pro, get GoodNotes 5 instead

Went pro on this app on a whim. I use this for college and GoodNotes 5 suits my needs better, regret going pro on this for the same price, but free version is fine. Just not worth subscribing.
