All was well until….
I was really happy with the app for almost a month, I did my journals, lots of pretty important info there, everything was perfect.. Until yesterday, when the app suddenly stopped working. Icouldn’t even open it to save my journals. I was scared to lose all my work so I went to the WeTrasfer website and did all the troubleshooting I could without being able to open the app. I wrote to the support email explaining my problem and uploading the screen recording along with the explanation. What did the support team did? Send me copy paste info from their website:) I was really disappointed with that answer. I decided to act on my own and reinstall the app. It did fix the problem but alas all my work was lost. I guess part of it was my fault since I haven’t really synced the journals with iCloud but that’s the problem as well, why should I even do this by hand? Why couldn’t the creators of the app thought of it and make the synchronization automatic? I made my peace with all the lost work and started creating the journals again from scratch. What do you think happened after hours of work? You guessed right, the app stopped working again. Only now I was prepared and synced the journals with iCloud so this work wasn’t lost entirely. Nevertheless even when you fix the problem I won’t be using the app anymore, firstly because I’ll always be afraid that it might shut again and erase all my work, and secondly because I’m really disappointed with how you handled the situation. I’m really upset cause I payed for the subscription and really liked the app but this is the last straw for me. I hope you hear my pleading and come with some sympathetic answer at the very least.
