stuck on loading page
sometimes it opens but most of the time it gets stuck on loading.
App crashed unable to open since then
I tried restarting multiple times but i still can’t open the app. I also contacted support but no one is answering. Please help i have one year worth of journal entries here and my journals are not synced (tried to but the process was so slow). If i uninstall then reinstall, will it affect my local journals? Please help me i really love this app and have chosen it among other top note taking apps for my digital journalling.
So buggy!

Why only one picture for not premium and no scissors for them to?
I wanted to make a scrapbook because I couldn’t get the actual notebook so I down loaded this thought it was easy and when I clicked on my photos I didn’t do it I already allowed it and the other stuff would be so useful
Room for more improved feature/UI in the future?
I have been loving this app since purchasing the pro and I have used it as my journal and scrapbook but there are the things that have bugged me the most when using it: 1. It seems that I cannot zoom when arranging my photos, I use letter cutting that are sometimes small so it is difficult to rearrange while in full zoom which is I think default when in photos mode. 2. It is just me or I cannot place my drawings behind photos? I would like it if I can draw before photos 3. Scissor tool doesn’t include photos, like why? When I need to rearrange the whole thing I have to move first the photos then the other drawing elements next. If i could just select all with the scissor tool :( 4. This does not bugged me much but pen/writing/drawing tool change size depending on zooming in or out; when I am writing a journal I have to maintain the zoom so my writings look even. Overall very great app; favorite feature of all is the freehand cropping of photos, it is very easy to use.
Make it also a note taking app
i hope you could also support it as a note taking app. The interactive experience is really good.
Only good for those who are willing to pay🤷♀️
