Keeps on crashing… can’t pass the adding a child’s device stage
I have subscribed for this and after 2 weeks of testing this app it does not meet my expectations. Every day I struggle to get the app working as advertised. Its not working properly and cause frustrations. I want a refund please.
The app stopped working only a few days after purchasing my subscription. I tried to reach out and requested a refund but they kept telling me the same thing and never actually helped me with the issue and it’s been weeks and I never received one.
So far we have enjoyed the app. It blocks apps like YouTube and google.

This app is so bad I can't even remove it from mdm(mobile device management) I'm still lookin for a way to do it. It completely locked me out of most of my apps and it also delete all your data. Please if you know how to disable it, pls tell me
The customer service was responsive but never provided help. When I tried to cancel and get a refund due to the app not being what I expected all I did was get run in circles. Every time I fulfilled their request for information they sent another one. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and again were not helpful when reaching out to customer service. The app seems overly intrusive in needing access to programs and features on computer and phones. Be very sure you want the product before signing up.
Will take your money before a free subscription is over
Just slightly irritated because when I reinstated this app it had the option to monitor texts and such, but we all have the updated app and it won’t let me monitor the texts. It says I need FamiSafe plus- which doesn’t actually seem to exist.
I had read the reviews and decided to give FamiSafe a try. Similar to others to install, but there were a few showstoppers. First the application does not manage default apps - so I had to leave apps like messaging up during the school day. Another big flaw is that each device of iOS devices required a new profile. So screen time limits were separate per app, so my kid could just keep switching devices to extend screen time. Lastly the Mac app has only a few features and was an all for nothing approach - even though the parent admin let me set different time limits and allowed apps. Tried to reach out to technical support for help, but never only a few were answered - with mostly the product doesn’t do that.
