Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.
3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices
4. Smart auto login algorithm is compatible with most web sites
5. Incase you used in-app purchase to upgrade app (unlimited records + backup support), and you want to use it on your other iOS devices please goto "settings" on your new device iPassSafe free app and select "restore purchase" on new device to restore it without any additional cost.

Not as good as old app Cannot change headings to suit. The info I have put in, when I tap it to see it opens and slides shut immediately! Not worth the hassle
Stopped working correctly after update to IOS 15.6.1
I have send messages to App support and you know what? No one ever got back to me. So frustrating !
Data loss
Please beware of this app, as I’ve just updated to the current version and ALL my data has disappeared. No idea how to get it back. Total disaster!!!!
Pathetic customer support
App worked well for a few years, but then, every so often it would simply lose all the data. I sent several messages to the Support Team (if there is one) and even after 3-4 months I had no response.

Ok app for years but not anymore
Since this app started deleting all saved data in the end of 2021 and there is no support service this app is no longer reliable and deserves 0 stars rating.
Be Careful
I had all my passwords stored in this app and all of a sudden they disappeared! I have tried contacting the app developers on several occasions and had no response. I have now lost all my passwords some of which were medical passwords so extremely important.
Beware.. No Support ..
Used it for a awhile now but suddenly data on iPad and iPhone disappeared… Re-entered data on iPad and same happened ..data wiped Contacted support .. Didn’t even get a reply ..
Shocking app deleted
Always used iPass safe but it’s no longer useable. Every time you open the app it’s been factory reset and your data has disappeared. Seems zero support so developer has either moved on or isn’t interested updating the app
