Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

Não consigo abrir às informações

Clico nas informações elas não abrem e o aplicativo volta a tela anterior. Como resolver ?

Roubada

Desaconselho fortemente a compra deste App. Utilizei durante muitos anos e funcionou bem no IOS. Após uma das atualizações não tive mais acesso aos arquivos e ao backup. O desenvolvedor não deu solução alguma para o problema. Há várias reclamações nesse sentido nos EUA e outros lugares. Dada a importância das senhas no mundo digital, fuja deste App.

Poderia ser

Troquei de celular e quando puxou o backup não consegui instalar porque havia esquecido a senha “Como abria o App com a digital, esqueci” o App não dá um suporte do tipo redefinir a senha. Tenho aquele backup ainda na esperança que atualizem o App e de para redefinir a senha. Mas tive que começar outro backup do zero.

Eu queria saber se vocês ainda estão dando suporte para este app? Também queria saber se vocês não vão colocar o acesso para este app para ele abrir usando o reconhecimento facial (Face ID)?
