Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

I have been using this app for years with out any problem and all of a sudden it stooped recognizing my face id. As soon as i try to launch the face id it says- Password for biometric login not saved. Do u want to save after the next successful log in. … and it asks for password.
Even after giving password it don't open, keep saying wrong password.
All my passwords and documents are now locked inside with out any way to get to it and the report the issue, their support is unavailable and the website down.
My face id on phone and all other apps working just right with out any issue.
iPad version does not work
After iPad Air 5 it does not work on iPad and I have no way of contacting with developers..lost my pwd and its Pain

iPassSafe is an app that I have been using for some years now. A very useful app : simple in using, comprehensive features, easy templates, secured backup and restore functionality. I use most of its functionalities and by large they are better then other apps I tried. Give it a try and I an sure you would like it. It tends to become one of your essential apps on your phone.
