without it , you will not be able to see your data.

2. Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

Security is madness

Open iPasssafe on iPhone to get details of a specific site and switch to another app to enter specific details. When switching back to iPasssafe you have to log on again and then find the right site details. And then repeat, and repeat and repeat. WHY does iPasssafe log you off when you are trying to retrieve data. Madness and impossible to work productively.

No longer working properly

I’ve used this app for years but it now won’t save any new entries - hopeless!

ipad fixed

Finally been fixed on a iPad just a shamed the been dumped down. No dropbox support which handy

No longer a Good App

This used to be a Very good app, as it used to do exactly what I need it to do. Unfortunately the app has become unstable and the window refuses to stay open long enough to select the website and password required. I had hoped that the update last week would have sorted out this issue, but alas not. A shame as it was good when I first bought it.

Update

After the last update the app does not work on iPad

Does not work!

Since updating to iPassSafe-Pro 15.12 I can no longer open or edit any entries as the form will open and then immediately close. Needless to say, you cannot add a new entry’s details either. I am using IOS 15.6.1 The support page on the app does not allow a message to be sent as it has a Captcha field but not apparent means of generating a Captcha value. Consequently there is no apparent means of reporting these issues.

DO NOT USE DANGER!!

This app auto upgraded itself and lost all my critical secret information Contacted the vendor who did not ever replay. TRIED LOAD an older back up Inhad in Dropbox but not data is loaded despite confirming successful Utter CRAP STAY AWAY

Lost All Passwords & NO SUPPORT.

Have used this app successfully for several years but lately app has deleted all data on several occasions. Have reloaded a backup to retrieve the data but can’t on this occasion. Can see the old file in sync mode, system says it’s downloaded ready to activate but won’t let me activate it. Have lost over 200 passwords and no reply / help from support.

No support

Used it without problem for a couple of years but suddenly lost all data on iPad and iPhone . Contacted ‘Support’ but didn't get reply. I see others having same problem. Be very wary about using this app ..

So useful

With the ever increasing an amount of passwords we have today, this is so useful.
