2. Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

Prima app

Ik gebruik deze app al langere tijd naar volle tevredenheid. Gemakkelijk te openen met vingerafdruk. Snel om beveiligde passwords en codes op te slaan en terug te vinden. En voel me er beslist veiliger door Maar sinds kort werkt face recognition niet Vreemd. Is er iets veranderd?

Not working after update

For the second time the app again is not working anymore! First time I lost all my new passwords! 😡 Please fix this problem asap! I’m thinking of switching to a professional app. Check your updates! Developer won’t answer or can’t fix this problem (since this august!) DON’T USE THIS BAD SOFTWARE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORDS !!!! DEVELOPER DOEN’T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, IS NOT CAPABLE OF SOLVING THE ISSUES AFTER THE LAST UPDATE!!! Niet aan beginnen dus, is pas na maanden vernieuwd!!! Don’t use it, after couple of months it finally has been renewed!!!

Scrolling not possible in photo album

When adding photos to photo album it is still not possible anymore to scroll down.

Was een goede app, maar nu niet meer

De inhoud van ipasssafe is ieder moment verdwenen Op een iPad werkt iPassSafe niet meer. Het is zeer slecht dat dit niet verholpen wordt door een update. Niet meer aan te raden dus.

Still not working on iPadOS 16

Alles verdwijnt nog steeds na aanklikken, totaal niet mogelijk om de gegevens te lezen en gebruiken, ook na de update van gisteren. Wanneer wordt dit nu een keer opgelost

Als ik mijn gegevens wil bekijken verschijnt het maar deze zijn direct weer verdwenen

Werkt niet meer

Sinds een paar weken werkt deze app niet meer en heb ik geen toegang meer tot mijn wachtwoorden. Ik kan wel inloggen, zie de rubrieken, maar als ik er een aanklik, verdwijnt hij onmiddellijk. Ik hoopte door de groene versie te downloaden (á € 3,99) het probleem op te lossen, maar kan de inhoud van de blauwe versie niet syncen. HELP ME!

Not working properly

It looks like that the latest version is not working properly. The start screen is empty and you have to klik the arrow in the left corner first to open the menu, this doesn’t look like the previous version. But the biggest problem is that I can’t adjust my passwords any more or even read them, if you open a note it closes straight away without even give you the possibility to read it. I’ve got very important notes in it.
