Calms me down immediately
As soon as I start using the app I feel the urge to close my eyes and my thoughts switch off immediately. It's great to either calm down or fall asleep. I love this app.

Entspannen mit Krampf im Finger
Da man die ganze Zeit einen Finger am Bildschirm halten muss, ist die Sache eher unbequem als entspannend.
Bemerkenswert
Wer es nicht verstehen oder sich die Zeit nehmen will, der soll es einfach sein lassen. Da hilft auch kein Entspannungstrainer.
Müll
Man muss einem Punkt folgen und nach etwa 20 sec. soll man sich frei bewegen mit dem finger und nach weiteren 20 sec soll man die augen schliessen??? Das geht dann endlos so weiter..
