Why haptic feedback?
I can’t meditate with this app anymore, because haptic feedback distract me every couple of seconds when I slow down the movement 😔

Zainstalowałem ją jakiś czas temu, ale po szybkim przetestowaniu nie przekonała mnie. Ostatnio miałem dużo stresu i po kilkukrotnym dobiciu do ściany przypomniałem sobie o niej. I tym razem zrozumiałem jak działa. Oczywiście nie rozwiąże głównego problemu stresu, ale pomaga odciąć sie na chwile, a dzięki temu nabrać dystansu. Zauważyłem np super efekt gdy ją odpaliłem przed wyjściem z pracy. Byłem zły na postępy w pracy i bałem się, że przyniosę ten stres do domu - ale po jednej sesji odetchnąłem i wróciłem o wiele bardziej wyluzowany. Można to samo uzyskać bez niej - technik medytacji czy pauzowania jest wiele. Ale mi jej forma bardzo przypadła do gustu. Jest na głównym ekranie i przypomina o sobie - wiec łatwiej mi przypomnieć sobie o pracy nad stresem. Poza tym jest przepięknie wykonana i na prawdę przemyślana! Używa sie jej bardzo przyjemnie i nie ma miliona niepotrzebnych ustawień.
Warto!
Aplikacja absolutnie genialna. Miewałem problemy że w momentach stresu paliłem papierosy. Teraz wystarczy mi odpalić tą aplikację i po 5min jestem już w pełni opanowany. Jedynie żałuje braku wsparcia dla iPhonea X
Love it
If you struggle with your meditation practice because your mind is too busy to stay still - it’s definitely for you! I would appreciate few features: black&white background and different music or turn it down so I could use my Spotify playlist but is really nice even now.
Please add Health app support!
I absolutely love this app and use it almost every day but then I have to manually add the time spent in to attention in Health app :(

Nie warto wydawac na to pieniędzy. To tylko poruszanie palcem po ekranie + muzyka...
samo mazianie palcem to trochę za malo.
dużo lepiej relaksują apki regulujące oddech przez pomiar tętna jak np breathsynth
