总体不错，几个问题
1.指尖太极容易卡死，必须退出重进打断体验；2.内证于心的音频只有男声版本，心理原因听到男声会觉得心慌，可否推出女声版本？

很喜欢用太极和呼吸，但反馈一个问题：指尖太极完成后经常会因为没有及时点选反馈感受，从而导致app卡死，强制退出后无法记录完成的数据，望修复。谢谢

这app能让你心静
原理应该是动中禅，人在心思乱时、对当下失去觉知时，动作就不会连贯或者动作会很大。这app设计很了不起。指尖太极很快静下来。行禅也很有意思，一旦走神，马上动作就大了，或者就会停下脚步，app提示就来了，非常有用。腹式呼吸也不错，呼吸律动声音跟随，没有腹式呼吸时，背景音就没，设计既合理，反应又灵敏有效，又不会显得突兀。我容易焦虑，用了就好一些；容易失眠，用这个常常用着就睡着了。其它还在试用。希望app越来越好。几个建议：1希望能够恢复震动功能，自主选择是否开启。震动的敏感度最好可以用数值来调整。2登陆不上问题反映普遍，最好有所有练习的历史纪录和统计评价功能。3可以增加教程，讲原理，讲方法，很多人不知道原理，下载了不懂用或者用不好，加了教程，绝对可以让更多人用这个软件。
