Worst Banking App So Far
Went thru a long process proving my information. Providing detailed different documents, yet got rejected when they can’t even specify what is the reason of rejection.
If the validators are human, probably they are always on their Monday-mode. Lazy af. When your job is to just read the document and compare with provided information but still can’t do it. They are probably paid a dollar a day to have this kind of service.
I raised it to their support. Same bs. Provided so much documents that complies with their requirements. Asked the support specifically what’s non-compliant with my documents, they can’t provide any and just stopped responding.
