I submitted the public athority bill( one of the opinions on their list) as confirmation of the address. The company refused to accept it and didn't provide any reason for it. So now my money is literally frozen without any possibility of getting them to due to the support refusing to explain anything. Pure scam!

Заблокировали счет с деньгами и 2 месяца уже не дают вывести! Мошенники и воры, не связывайтесь с этой конторой

Способ верификации и сама работа кошелька ниже плинтуса , 5–10 дней ждать не понятого чего , а после блокировка аккаунта и твоих данных навсегда , если хотите проблем пользуйтесь этим дерьмом

Ужасная платежная система! Я с Украины и они заблокировали мои деньги на моем счету. И уже год не отдают мои деньги. Это не банк. Они мошенники. У меня на счету 2.500$ и я не могу их снять.
