$50 for a wire fee. I did a test withdraw the first time and it got rejected and they took $50. Did another one and lost $50. Did a small withdraw for $50. Went through. Then did a bigger withdraw and got rejected and lost another $5 I have no idea how the ceo and founders are not arrested for stealing and charging outrageous fees Support takes forever and wire took forever. 14 days for a wire and it got rejected. They never tell you the reason also 100% a scam
Don’t fall in the same scam as I did. They will take your money but there’s NO WAY TO GET THE MONEY OUT OF THE ACCOUNT! No place accept them, no card and no bank accepts transfers from them (and I didn’t try only once!!!). A plus is that they STEAL YOUR MONEY with high fees they charge even though they didn’t do the job! Disgusting
Right off the bat, the app is being wonky letting me create my account. It won’t let me put the US on my address, and three separate times the iPhone face recognition log in popped up, couldn’t authenticate, then the app closed. Of course the fave reader couldn’t authenticate, I haven’t even set up my account, much less set up face reader. After 3 tries, I gave up and deleted the app.
The most horrible experience of my life! It’s a disaster. I could log into my account a couple of times, but not on the first try. For the last two days, I’ve been trying to log in, but they show me that some information (email or password) is incorrect. And I know for sure that everything is correct! I was hoping to solve this by changing my password, but I never received a code on my email. And the most horrible thing is that this is the only e-wallet I can choose related to another app.
I’m a freelancer and I really appreciate their services. Getting paid is easy, companies can send funds directly to my USA ACH or EUR account.
This app is a complete scam! They are not letting me withdraw my money. I’ve tried everything nothing works. Fraudulent
The team reviewing the documents are not doing a good job. They just reject documents without reading carefully. They might just speak Chinese though.
I had an account for years in paxum where I collected payments. The account was already verified, but when I requested a withdraw to my bank they ask for proof of address again (which it was already sent) after submitting again they closed my account without even telling me and returned my money to the sender, many of them who were no longer active, I lost several hundred of dollars for using this company. PAXUM: You are just a garbage company. I HATE YOU and I’m not the only one, hope you go out of business.
Constantly rejects your transfers. I’ve spent the last 2 days trying to withdraw money and immediately get rejected. Costumer support doesn’t help just asks to keep trying. If you can use a different wallet, please do.
Once you have money in your paxum account they will refuse to release it to a bank account. Instead they will constantly redirect you to an error message when trying to add a bank that says to use only Latin characters. The fact that I’m writing this in English shows I was using Latin characters. It sure wasn’t Chinese. Stay far away from this fraudulent company
