Payflex - Buy Now Pay Later

Once you load a card to your profile, Payflex ensures it’s impossible to remove. So if your default card doesn’t work for an installation, Payflex will attempt to bill the charge to any of the other cards saved on your profile.

I created my payflex account but when I try to login it say my account does not exist and gives me a option to create one and when I create one again it says my account exists

So recently the app keeps saying that my details don’t exist. I have been using Payflex for years and I love it. However, I can only log in on the website and it is very limited. I am very frustrated!

I truly swear by this app. You are able to pay ahead, you are able to see how much you can spend. If you return something, the app immediately picks up on it and adjusts the instalments. When you purchase something with Payflex, it’s instant and super easy. I saw the other reviews and Payflex must have been paying attention because I’ve never had a problem with them. If you are sceptical, try it on small purchases first so that you can build your trust with them. (That’s if you do).

Keeps saying i have an account when trying to create one and then says i dont have a account if i try to log in

I never knew about payflex until my niece told me about it. After downloading the app I struggled using the app until I realized I need to do Authentication, after that I received an email statin that I do not meet the minimum requirements. I don’t know which criteria they used. Never asked for my bank statement or payslip . Deleted the app instantly !!!

I absolutely love the app. I swear by it. However it would be nice to have an option of paying a flexible amount (Esp. If you want to pay ahead) before your next debit you want to chip in something.

Please update your vendors on your app. I constantly need to go onto the internet to check what new or other vendors you guys have instead of the select amount you have on your app. Otherwise I’m happy

give loans on the amount credit availible on their account cash in peoples accounts and they pay back in 4 payments no interest

I’ve been using this for over a year , my card details were automatically removed and now I’m unable to add any cards , reached out to support and they awful !!!
