Prefect customer service we like the agency service especially I was so happy to deal with Ms. Joy from service centre , she’s professional in getting solutions.

I cannot view the abandoned checkout in the mobile app it says cannot be retrieved. I can view it only in desktop. Although I used to view it in the app in previous updates

They need to be more careful with who they hire. Bad experience with the so-called merchant success manager. I raised a complaint, and no action is taken yet.

Be ware they have un-trusted billing system just after you realy build and start selling and success they will find way to charge you things you didnt use at all , i enable POS by wrong and now find myself paying this POS for 6 months and support dont help you when this matter of money !!!

Very usefull, Must cancel setup fees from payment gateways in Kuwait. paying $3000 setup fees for payment gateways are so expensive!
