I used the app once and accidentally subscribed the expert premium R849.99 per year . The app took my money for a subscription that expires after a year ohk fine it was my mistake anyways . But Now It takes R849.99 per MONTH😳😞💔💔💔. Hows that possible even when i did pay for the first time and unsubscribed? . Please help me stop it . I’m unemployed the small money i hv is to pay other things but your app keeps taking my money 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
I had already paid for a lifetime subscription to PDF Expert on a a Mac. Now the iPad version says that I have not purchased anything.
I love the app, but perhaps you could include an option to open multiple.pdfs at the same time? It’s incredibly frustrating to open one, go back to the folder, open another, go back again and again. Would this be possible?

The app was working wonderfully until recently. Now every time I want to annotate a document, it jumps 2 or three times with the result that the annotation is not reflected and I have to start again. This is most frustrating as I loved the app. I would appreciate it if the glitch could be resolved urgently as it currently impedes my ability to effectively use the app.

I enjoy using this app as it has good features and syncs well between my devices. However, I frequently encounter bugs or issues that are either annoying or worse, cause all edits/progress to be lost. E.g. when trying to reload a document already open but last modified a while back (i.e. an open tab on the app), a “check you internet connection” error message is shown despite having good connection. I then have to find the document in my folders and reopen. Then “unable to synchronise file” messages often show up (no internet connection issues), frequently asked to sign into cloud account again (several times a day). Worst of all, saving an previously unsaved annotated pdf to the cloud has resulted in all edits being lost - it reverts back the the original document. This has happened more than once, and wasted lots of time. Given the subscription cost, this is very infuriating. Again, internet connection or cloud account issues don’t appear to be the problem - these things only happen on this app.
I took the free trail and after it expired I cancelled my subscription. Although they keep taking my money. Impossible to cancel our subscription.
I am using this tool with great success and its functionality is unsurpassed. One of the bests apps available Nico Fourie Attorneys.
Useless app, does not edit text as described. Forces you to subscribe to do something you could do on paint..
