Pelago can help members with the following substance use goals:
‣ Reduce alcohol consumption, quit drinking, or explore a sober curious lifestyle
‣ Quit or cut back on tobacco use (cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, cigars, cigarillos, roll-your-own tobacco, pipe)
‣ Quit or cut back on vaping (electronic cigarettes, heat)
‣ Overcome opioid dependence
With the Pelago app, you can:
‣ Attend 1:1 appointments with your coach, counselor, or physician
‣ Set and review goals, and monitor your progress over time
‣ Track things like alcohol-free streaks or money saved from not smoking
‣ Access the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) library, which offers guided support in evaluating and changing your habits
‣ Message your dedicated care team member anytime, anywhere
‣ View your prescribed medication (if applicable)

1. Before downloading the app, sign up online. Use the information shared with you by Pelago, your employer, or your health plan. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezensionen- aber hier mache ich eine Ausnahme. Diese App ist jeden einzelnen Cent Wert und hat es geschafft mich nach knapp 40 Jahren Rauchen 🚬 in einer Woche(!) davon weg zu bringen. Das ganze auch noch mit persönlichem Coach (kein Roboter 🤖) der das Thema „Quit-it“individuell und echt sehr motivierend begleitet. Überlegt euch alleine die Kosten einer Stange Zigaretten - dann ist der Preis hier Dumping - DANKE 😍 an das gesamte Team. Well done 👏! TOP App !!!

Es wäre schön wenn es die App auch auf deutsch gäbe.

Ansich coole und hilfreiche App. Leider war jedes Update gefühlt ein Schritt zurück - und es gab viele Updates. Seit dem letzten kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen und der Passwort-Support funktioniert nicht. Das ist bei dem Preis ärgerlich.
Teuer, dumm, dreist
Die größte Enttäuschung, die ich je erlebt habe. Totaler Quatsch. Verstehe die positiven Rezensionen in keinster Weise. Abo abgeschlossen, trotz hohen Preise. Die Inhalte sind ganz nett, aber ausschließlich englisch. Fürs gleiche Geld besser Bücher kaufen. Nach kurzer Befragung legt man sein quit date fest. Das wird in kleinster Weise in Frage gestellt. App mehrere Tage nicht benutz - super ich bin rauchfrei. Man kann sogar weiter Zigaretten loggen, die App rechnet trotzdem fein vor wieviel man nun gesünder lebt. Rückfragen beim persönlichen Coach bleiben unbeantwortet. Nein, so geht Coaching nicht ... das ist schon fast Betrug. Schade...

Basics Failed
Every Smoking app make the same mistakes. Not everybody smoke cigarettes in packs. I buy tobacco and roll. 5€ a Package and i can smoke days from it. I can’t change my entered numbers. Now I save 35€ a week. That’s wrong and I can’t change it. And that’s a app from apple promoted. Sorry. No.
