Really helped me but now the app has completely changed
This app really was a pillar to me when I quit smoking. Barred smoking one pack when I moved house I have managed to stay off them with over a year. It was excellent to go into whenever I get a craving and see my progress. Then the craving would go away. Thing is they’ve changed it all somehow and now all my progress is lost. I’ve tried resetting a password but it tells me there’s an error. I’m so gutted as I really relied on this when I get stressed and feel like I want a ciggy but now it’s completely changed and I hate it. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. Because I lost my progress and it’s no longer user friendly. They’ve gone all about the ching ching 😞
App not working and customer care absent
I’ve paid the full subscription and the app won’t work. No one at customer care resolving. Quitting smoking while chasing support when life is busy enough is incredibly annoying — not happy and cannot possibly recommend anyone else go through this complete waste of time and frustration

Just downloaded this but it had no where to sign up for the app only a login page! Tried to enter my email and random password but nothing! Very strange
