‣ Reduce alcohol consumption, quit drinking, or explore a sober curious lifestyle
‣ Quit or cut back on tobacco use (cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, cigars, cigarillos, roll-your-own tobacco, pipe)
‣ Quit or cut back on vaping (electronic cigarettes, heat)
‣ Overcome opioid dependence
With the Pelago app, you can:
‣ Attend 1:1 appointments with your coach, counselor, or physician
‣ Set and review goals, and monitor your progress over time
‣ Track things like alcohol-free streaks or money saved from not smoking
‣ Access the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) library, which offers guided support in evaluating and changing your habits
‣ Message your dedicated care team member anytime, anywhere
‣ View your prescribed medication (if applicable)

Cig Log issue
I have an iphone 11 and my cig log is not working. I don’t understand the issue!

It helped me quit smoking! During a stint of one month/28 days your progress is shown and you are given good badges to keep on the track. Hereby request to provide wonderful badges post a month as the current badge doesn’t seem quite interesting but dull! You guys are wonderful as you helped me quit smoking post 8 years during lockdown!
Disgusting app
I wasted money on this app. Their quit coach don’t respond - and whatever is in their database can be found on google. If you want to quit, check out complete guide on google. Don’t waste your time and money on this app.
Best App for motivational purpose
So the day I quit I downloaded a bunch of these apps. What’s special about this app is during the daily checkins there are small sentences about what you have achieved and they really (i mean really) make you feel better. Also this app doesn’t show you the health benefits until you reach that point so gets you curious as to what new benefit have I gained. The small problem is with the money saved feature. Which in my case show less than what I actually saved and I guess that is because you don’t have “How many did you smoke per day” question I think. Good job anyways.

I paid for the subscription and it shows that I subscribed but no content at all is unlocked

Cigarette log does not update
For the past three days, I have attempted to update the cigarette log, but for some reason it is not updating. I use an iPhone XS with the latest iOS version. Hence uninstalling the s/w.
