Soo the app is really good. But is has a negative impact. So u need to pay to use UNLIMITED stuff and it just gets really annoying. HOWEVER there’s no adds. Which is great because I personally hate adds. U can get the app but it’s not what the info about this app shows. I thought that this app was gonna be some awesome app for planning but your limited 3 notes UNLESS you pay for the subscription. So yeah I think this could have been better but so far for me so good. I have used this app for a while now. Just if your going to plan (and you don’t want to pay for anything) you can’t plan 3 months ahead. Which is annoying but if it is just simple, 1-2 things you wanna plan for a day or something then ye get the app but if not your better off with something else.

I had the free version of the app for the last couple of years and was happy with it. I recently have more planning needs and wanted the week and year planner available in the paid pro version. Since I have paid, my note and calendar information gets deleted randomly but so far it has been 3 of 4 days the information was lost. All information and back to scratch. This is a major issue when this app had all my notes and planning tasks. I’ve had no response from support email yet. But only been 4 days. V2 of the view is not a good layout. V1 is good layout. It would be good if this was able to be changed in settings rather than on the home screen. Does not sync between iPhone and iPad though this is only a problem in pro. Doesn’t seem to have been updated recently. If there aren’t regular updates, why did pencil planner go to a subscription model? A lifetime once off payment would be much better.

This used to be the best app ever created. But the last 3 months have been very unpredictable with iCloud syncing… I’ve emailed support and no responses… I’ve lost entries and now am looking elsewhere…. I desperately cling to the hope that this becomes more robust with an option to manually create your own backups. I will jus thave to use the default Calendar app for now… I hope it’s fixed…

This takes forever to load

I used to use this app on a daily basis but the app seems to be crashing every time you start it up or start writing

This app started really well but then faded off. Support is non existent now and the app does not work properly anymore. Used to love this app but now will be deleting it.

I am so glad I didn’t pay for this. I started the 3 day trial as I was really excited about finally being able to mix digital calendars with jotting down notes with my apple pencil. Issues I had: - Notes not staying open. Sometimes they would, sometimes they would close after a few seconds - really frustrating when you are trying to take notes - Notes would not SAVE this was the worst. I took some really important notes in a meeting and when I went to look back on them they were GONE. This is the main reason I have uninstalled this app. - View options kept randomly changing from ‘Wide’ ‘Schedule’ ‘Tasks’ etc to ‘Tall’ etc. - A few times if I left the app and came back, it stayed on ‘loading’ and eventually crashed. - Every now and then the calendar would load really large and become unviewable. Bottom line is I will not pay for software that does not save my data.

Have been looking for the perfect planner and wanted to steer away from paper. Most digital planners can only be typed in, or are undated, or need to be uploaded into another app or just don’t have the features I’m looking for. This one pulls in my calendar appointments, I can write over the top of it and decorate my calendar. I can view in weekly vertical style which I love and I can view my day schedule which has my never ending “to do” list that I can always refer to no matter what day it is. The only thing that would make it better is if I can open my calendar appointments in the pencil planner app, currently they just show… but overall I highly recommended 😊

The concept of the App is great though i still haven’t fully committed to my one and only planner based off not having the time so far to rewire my brain to function how the app is setup. But overall this does exactly what it is advertised to do.

There hasn’t been any recent work on this app which makes me worry that it won’t be supported in the future! I love this app, it does everything I need it to do, I use it daily for all my planning as a teacher. It’s working beautifully. I have the paid version and apart from a couple of tiny bugs it’s amazing! Roadmap looks perfect - adding stickers, images, pdfs and more.. but it’s been so long since the last update!!! Please help me keep supporting you, I will gladly keep paying for this but give us something!
