Terrible service

TERRIBLE. I cannot use the service for which I have an annual subscription. I forgot my password. I said reset password, but it gives a warning that my e-mail address is not validated and I do not receive any e-mail. I'm about to go crazy. I can neither use the product nor log in. All my notes on it disappeared. Solve this problem urgently or refund my money.

kalem notlarında duplicate çalışmıyor. copy paste yok. ayrıca uygulama kullanımında bir çok hata var. görünümleri değiştirdiğimde siyah ekran geliyor. güncelleme ile bu hataların düzeltilmesi gerek.

Eksiklikler

Belge ve foto ekleme özelliği eksik. Hesap makinesi eklenebilir.

No response received from Support Center!!!

Hello, I was writing the minıtes of meeting with the "notes" function of the application in a very important meeting today. All of a sudden, 4 of the 5 pages I wrote were deleted. I immediately reported the situation to the "Support" department by e-mail and explained its importance. But even after 12 hours, they did not return. I hope the notes I took are still on the Back-Up server.

I really love this app. But I think you can make at least a view only version for windows. Not everyone has a mac. Please!!

Missing points for me

App is great and addicted me. 5 star! It doesn’t have unprofessional things such as water level, gym plan, cinema plan, etc. To me those are social items. Only point I want to see urgently that Reminders should be also intaked by the App. So we can see both our reminders to does and calender events at the one calender of the App. Also, widget types should be exist specially after iOS 15. And futuristic items, video and voice records must be taken during handwriting or keyboard note taking (Apple note made it with iOS 15); you can integrate I guess. Congratulations, Regards.
