I have a vet appointment tomorrow and in the month leading up to it, I’ve tried to use the app and it won’t load anything. I’ve updated it, I have a nice new phone, and I just want to be able to see my pet insurance information. Am I the only one having this problem? It’s really frustrating and disappointing. I know my internet connection is fine.

This app is honestly infuriating to use and is horribly designed. Nothing ever loads properly (and I know it is not an Internet issue because I’m able to load YouTube videos and any other site/app I try), and it only lets you upload 1 image at a time which makes the process of trying to upload a ton of documents a huge pain. Figo overall has been a nightmare, I suggest looking into better pet insurance companies. Their support staff are nonresponsive and don’t seem capable of offering even a shred of empathy for pet owners, and they will claim ANYTHING that you file for can’t be covered as a “pre-existing condition.” They told me they wouldn’t cover something for a pre-existing condition that my pet was literally NOT diagnosed with, and when I asked them to show me where it says this in his documents, they had nothing to share. Run in the other direction. This company is not here to help you, they are here to take as much money as they can from you without ever paying you a dime back.

Difficult to navigate to where to register the ifigo lost and found tag.

Just got a puppy and thought insurance would help pay for all the costly bills/typical vet care that you have in the beginning. Thought WAY more covered than actually did. Out of the $1000 plus that I submitted, 90% didn’t qualify. One of my claims was too late to submit. You only deal with AI, and it’s hard to get an actual person. I asked for a one time curtesy, and got denied. Wouldn’t choose again.

I had a $500 deductible with a 70% "reimbursement" plan. One would think that it would cover 70%. NOT AT ALL. After my dog started vomiting and could not stop I decided to take him to the after hours vet. He is 2.5 years old and has no preexisting condition. I had a false sense of confidence because I had pet insurance. Had I not had pet insurance I probably would have waited a bit before taking him to the vet. My dog was fine. The visit was $1,000 and Figo covered $100? It is a SCAM!

Was denied claims multiple times because their underwriters can’t be bothered to take the time to read Vet reports. Submitted more documentation than I even though necessary, and they refused to simply read the doctors notes. I’ll be finding a new policy as soon as this one runs out. I honestly can tell if I’m being scammed or if Figo is an actual insurance provider.

I have had Figo for my dog for 7 years. Thankfully not many claims during that time. However the app or website that figo used 7 years ago was way better than this. I was not even sure I was in the right place since the app doesn’t even resemble Figo. The chat feature on this app is impersonal. Which I guess for AI that is what you get. But I don’t want to chat with a bot. I want to submit my claim. Also, if you already have my bank info on file because you are deducting my premiums, why am I entering my routing number into the chat? No thank you. This app seems like it is trying to be more than it is. I don’t want the extra “features”. I want to do my business and move on.

Nice tag but wish when someone should find your lost pet they must type ID exactly as on tag. Capital letters should not be the only option. Or update the page to note that letters need to be input exactly as on tag.

Worst app experience ever from Figo!!! Login errors constantly- sometimes gives me someone else’s account info!!!!! Complaints to Figo go nowhere- apparently doesn’t matter to them at all. BE CAREFUL USING THIS APP!!!!! Gives access to accounts of other clients accounts & info!!!!!! SITE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN POSSIBLY HACKED

Figo through Costco is absolutely HORRIBLE. The website brags about everything it covers. Wrong it doesn’t. I do no recommend Figo.
