Aber die Biga Option beinhaltet meiner Meinung nach bei langer Teigführung zu viel Hefe.

Super App. Genau wonach ich gesucht habe. Alle Angaben stimmen genau. Das Resultat ist hervorragend. Eine echte Hilfe beim Zubereiten des Teiges.

Great app! What I would love though was if I could set a target time by when I want to use my dough and get the respective start times of my timers. Always calculating back when I have to start working on my dough is just super annoying and such feature really would make this app complete!

Ich habe ewig nach diesen Informationen gesucht. Sogar beim Deutschen Institut für Ernährung nachgefragt - keine befriedigende Antwort erhalten. Nun diese App, das ist wirklich toll.
