Just wanted to write a quick review. This is honestly one of those simple but completely brilliant and indispensable apps that I use every time I make pizza (roughly once a week). It’s a no fuss solution to quickly and easily calculate ingredients. It feel like it was created for the community and I see it recommended (and have recommended it) to both beginners and pro’s. Thank you for making it. It’s truly appreciated. Rob
It crashes after one use and won’t open again until you reinstall
Absolutely brilliant app for calculating your ingredients for pizza dough making. I use it for my Neapolitan bakes. I am still experimenting but this gives you a record of what you are doing and makes you think about longer leavening times etc.
Brilliant app, looks a little daunting at first but once you get your head around it it’s excellent. A good help section too

This will change your pizza game no end!
I usually use a 72hr cold proof dough using my sourdough starter. We wanted pizza this weekend so didn’t have time to wait 72hrs plus the time to wake up the starter so used this app with a 8hr RT (18oc) proof plus a over night to wake up the starter. Best bases I have made yet, really easy to stretch out no holes, not as much sourdough flavour as my usual recipe but a compromise worth making for such a quick dough recipe.
Really like this app. The recommended salt % is always a touch high for my liking but the good thing about it is you can change it to what you want! One improvement I’d love to see is to help the colourblind among us who can’t tell the difference between orange, red and green warnings.
