Plex: Watch Live TV and Movies

Playback randomly jumps back a few minutes as if stuck in a loop. Happens constantly on iOS even with stable Wi-Fi and active server. It is incredibly annoying.

It’s such a pain to use new version app, even several months after drop it is completely unstable and full of bugs, UI/UX is tragedy. You should fire people responsible for roll out of this garbage version and removing old version which worked like a charm. You have completely missed what your users (and paying customers) want.

SSA subtitles don't show up at all when selected. The app frequently reloads after reopening. Meaning, it doesn't load from RAM, even though it could. Otherwise pretty good, but the issue with the subs makes it unusable for playback for me.

Stop pushing your ads and shows. Your sole purpose is to give me access to my library.

I had the same problem as Jeraxi! I have bought a lifetime subscription and with new version and I am pushed to pay again?! I want my money back!! I am uninstalling completely Plex from my mobile and will not go back before the problem will be fixed and already paid lifetime subscriptions will be renewed. By making money policy, you will lost your customers.!!!

… is an absolute tragedy. Literally nothing is working. Cant see 50mbps video on 150mbps wifi, which was perfectly working on old version. What the hell guys. Two stars only from nostalgic reasons :(

The old version was much more user-friendly. The new version doesn’t even include Czech language support. Finding downloaded movies in offline mode is completely illogical. Overall, the app is much worse than before.

The new version is unusable! -Downloads from my server queued forever and downloading never starts. (It was finicky before but at least downloaded) -Cannot change the streaming quality from the media player? Before I could choose if I want my server to convert to lower quality -Not even saying anything about the fact that now you must pay to be able to stream to TV? A feature that was before for free? Really? I bought a lifetime subscription but it feels like they just want more ways on how to get your money. If i wouldn't already invest in this I'd look for alternatives. Anyone new looking to get this app? Don't! Not worth it at the moment.

What the hell guys. I’m using Plex for a really long time and I loved that. I’ve also bought your app with a lifetime subscription. Now, after your last update you want me to pay a monthly/ yearly subscription to use Plex on my mobile phone. Are you serious? If so, I want to get my money back from purchasing the app and I’ll connect it directly to my NAS. 👿 I’m really disappointed.
