By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Way too much functionality
The app overengineered and very complex. Too much bloatware, which results in the fact the basic functions (pay bills, transfer funds, check balance) are very cumbersome and non-intuitive. The app tries to be a financial planning tool which hardly anybody will use. Simplify, simplify, simplify, or admit you’re not interested in retail banking.
Oops something went wrong. Service currently offline
When opening the app 2 out of 3 times I get the following message:

It seldom works and is overly complicated
I’m Using several banking applications of different banks. This is by far the worst. It’s buggy, it keeps changing and reinventing itself and after so many iterations all logic is gone if there ever was one. I would suggest to build a new app from the ground up.
Most complex bank app ever
Never knew banking could be this difficult. Please have a look at the Dutch ABN AMRO app. That is what an intuitive UI is supposed to look like.
Worst app in my f life.
Nothing works when I tap it. You would think that in 2021 the app of the biggest bank in Switzerland would work. I would make a better app and I have zero technical skills lol!
Confusing and incomplete
It does some things right: it shows my balance, transactions, and allows me to scan payment slips. But overall the app is super confusing and is trying to do way too much. One thing it cannot do: make a manual payment. What?!
Works but overcomplicated user interface
Very rigid user interface (eg. multiple menus, different ways of logging in), though key features seem to be missing. Eg. If I search transaction why can’t I click on the results for the transaction details? From time to time the app can feel very slow.
First step in e-banking
The app is complex to use and inconvenient and incomparable with some other banks who take e-banking more seriously.

This app is too complicated. You can only look back for one year. Your payments from previous years are not visible.
Stopped working
For some reason the app says i have no internet connection, since about 2/3 weeks. De/re installed it, the problem is still there...
