Compulsory app that doesn't work

I always wonder why big companies have their apps designed like the were from 2008 yet never test the usability OR functionality. Even less of they are the only way for let's say - boarding a ship. Incredibly unflowing UI. No state saving in big forms, overlapping data input fields. Missing fields for required input (don't know if that's funny or really sad). PLEASE buy your software from trusted, big enough companies who keep their skills up-to-date.

Not great

The app doesn’t work that well. When one of the party has done the profile, it’s really difficult for the second person to do their profile. The overall user experience isn’t that great. The app looks A little bit messy. And I hate the active timeline view. I much prefer that I would see all the activities in chronological order from start time in one view rather that I need to scroll the page up and down and ahead all the time.
