For the past 5 days I have been trying to add internet yo my future cruises to avoid the internet price increase. I have tried contacting the chat line and been continuously disconnected, emailing a cruise personalizer and getting no response and trying to find my reservations on the app which currently only shows the journey I am on.
This is now going to cost us hundreds of dollars because Princess can’t get their act together. I could have solved this problem in mere minutes previously. I think Princess are trying to coerce passengers into purchasing packages we do not want by not giving us all the information we need to make our own choices.
I have to add the app on board is great.
PLEASE get the app working.
New app is worse
Can only see one cruise booked (I have two) and can’t see the dining I already reserved. Super slow, lags, had to re enter all my info again.
Slow, buggy. It’s just a web portal to slow onboard wifi system
This app is SO SLOW. Even on a brand new phone it just lags. Good thing they are coming out with a new app. Hopefully some of the info will be cached in the new app to increase response time while using it.
Good idea but poorly implemented. Menus are vague and poorly organized.

Offerte dans plusieurs langue sauf le français. Je suis Captain Circle Member Elite et je trouve ça vraiment désolant que ma langue ne soit jamais considérée avec votre compagnie !
App doesn’t update and causes reservations to be mixed up!
Trying to do the update that appeared on the medallion. Not only will it not update, but it mixes up the reservation and won’t allow me to log into my account. I am leaving on a 17 day cruise tomorrow and don’t have access to the info I need for my cruise! Please assist.
Heh Princess, why the apps still sucks after so many complaints
Tried to enter personal information and could not save it in the end. Re-entered again and again, three strikes you’re out. Fix the damn apps please

Get used to this message using this app.
Just refuse to use this thing. It's accessing your camera, microphone, & location. The spinning wheels of the website & app do nothing for travelling guests. Vote with your feet & cruise with an alternate line.
Server always has problem
2 out of 3 times the app says its server is having issues…
Agonizing and complex
This is the most difficult app that I have ever come across. Princess expects your information to be put in, but they make it so f$&@king complicated. And, on top of that you will need to access their website as well to get other important info on your cruise. But that information will be hidden away and unless you spend 40 minutes waiting on their “ helpline” to try to even create an account to access your trip. The “Navigators” are absolutely no help whatsoever. I have gotten more help from friends who have gone through this agonizing process. I’m already mentally exhausted from this process and worried about this upcoming trip, I need a vacation before this cruise. I will never sail princess again
